Dear current Sanitary Sewer Customer,

**IMPORTANT UPDATE** 

Our new software will go into effect on May 1st, 2026. 

This online portal will no longer be available starting April 24th, 2026, as we transition to the new online payment portal and upgrade our software. Once the new portal is operational (May 1st), please use this link to log in to the new payment portal, https://www.unioncountyohio.gov/departments/Engineer/sanitary-sewer.  Look for the ORANGE Pay Bill button. 

Instructions on how to log in and create your new payment account will also be provided on the login page. Look for the link labeled: "How to set up my new Online Portal Account."

If you pay your bill through this current portal, please plan to pay your bill BEFORE April 24th, 2026. Late fees will be applied to accounts on April 22nd, 2026. 

If you pay between April 24th & May 1st, please plan to send in or drop off a check to our office located at 233 W 6th St., Marysville, OH 43040. You can drop off payments at our counter located at the Engineer's office or place payments in the drop box located just outside the entrance to the County Services building.

Our office will be upgrading the software we use for our sewer billing in 2026.

We are hoping that with this new software system, we will be able to offer better payment options, along with email billing as an additional option to the monthly postcard that you currently receive in the mail.

One notable change with the upgrade will be with customer account numbers.

Currently, account numbers end with a decimal followed by 2 digits. The new system is unable to convert our current account numbers with the decimal point in place.

To accommodate this change without issuing new account numbers, we will transition all active accounts into the new software without the decimal point.

This change will mostly affect customers set up for autopay via our online web portal or their banking institution, and customers who pay monthly online. Autopay accounts set up through our current online portal will need to be reestablished, as what is currently established will no longer be active once the software change goes into effect.

Currently, we feel those are the most notable changes. As more information becomes available regarding additional updates, we will do our best to notify customers via our current web portal, mailings, or emails (for accounts with email addresses on file).

This web portal will be decommissioned once our new payment portal is active.
